We are currently looking for franchisees in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, however we are also consider master franchisee’s elsewhere throughout the world.
Demographic Recommendations
• A minimum of 100,000 people within a 5-mile radius.
• Restaurant site in a city centre or a high street in a strong suburban setting.
• If not city centre, then the traffic minimum should be at least 35,000 vehicles per day on the closest main road.
• Average household income £ 20.000 or above.
• At least 50% of population between 20 and 55.
• Other restaurants, bars and/or night clubs must be in the area to guarantee lunch, happy hour, dinner and late night traffic.
• Concentration of office and/ or retail with a good mixture of residential and commercial.
• Movie theaters and entertainment facilities are a plus.
• Parking spaces (50+) and/or a very good public transport (underground or trains) connection is essential.
Identifying a site:
• Building size should be a minimum of approx. 5,500 square feet (or over 500 sq. meters) to guarantee an internal seating capacity of 180+.
• Good access to the main street, high visibility and ideally on ground floor level
• Proper large area for the display of external advertising signs should be available
• Full liquor, beer and wine license or a special restaurant license have to be guaranteed.
• A maximum of 30 % of the footprint should be "Back-of-House" space.
• If the license allows, the premises should include a separate bar area for a wait area and a public bar/ café area.
• If possible a terrace with a seating capacity of 40+ should be considered.
• The restaurant has to hold enough space for separate prep and service kitchens.
• The service kitchen is preferable on the same level as the main dining area
• In the Back-of-House, there has to be access for delivery trucks, trash removal, storage and related activities.
• Renovation and conversion of food and beverage space within full-service hotels, is a very acceptable option.
